After buying a cheaper bed several months ago, I was plagued by back ache, general muscle aches. And lack of sleep..I put this down to a firm mattress, as when I slept in other beds, such as friends, hotels etc I was absolutely fine. I decided to buy this wool, medium firm mattress and since then I have not had one ache and pain..I actually look forward to a wonderful night's sleep
