I accept it was my error and forgot to change the address to my niece's for a gift but I realised immediately and read 30 minutes to change. I found it so hard to find how! I was a wreck searching for an email or help. I ran out of time and ordered one from New Look for my niece and the whole site was so easy to navigate. It was as if they learn from M&S how not to have a website! I love M&S so I just learn from my experiences of freezing crashing sites and now voucher orders. We just put up with rubbish sometimes and I accepted my voucher plus postage cost slowly arrive through my postbox....I've also learnt not to order their cheaper ranges too. Black jeans that coat with fluff and more and are impossible to brush off.
