Sturdy swim shorts

The Bay Swim Shorts have double layer fabric so they do not cling and are quite a good fit but I felt a little uncomfortable in the water. They seemed to drag down a little in the crotch so I bought the bikini bottoms, which fit well so I feel comfortable and secure wearing both. The label says handwash only and I’m not sure if they can be spin-dried. They take a long time to drip dry so these were actually the second pair of swim shorts I bought.
