Happy Father’s Day to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the structure and the color way of the shoe, nice, However, the way the shoe squeezes the top of my foot, to the point that I can’t complete my run without having to stop every 10-15 steps because of PAIN is unacceptable. I’ve gone from an 11:13 mile to a 17+ mile. No matter how loose I tie them, regular, heel lock, NO tie at all, there’s no avoiding the serious fatigue generated by running in these shoes. I think These were my first pair of brooks ever, and on top of that they were a Father’s Day gift from my wife! Disappointed, I’ve already started the return process. Thanks brooks. I think I’ll save up and go back to Nike. :)

Running in heels

Worst running shoes ever! Felt like I ran in stiletto heels! The shoe is too unforgiving and hurt my feet. Took it for a 10k run and wanted to rip the shoes off after mile 3

Excellent Shoe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed running in the Hyperion Max 1, but didn't like the feel of the Max 2. However, the Max 3 has a wider toe box and adds a nice little spring in my step (even more than the Max 1). Once you get your pace going, they really help you float on by. They help keep my stride balanced and stable with my old runner knees. Very comfortable. I tried running without my arch supports and they still did the trick! No issues (maybe even more comfortable). It takes a few strides to get used to the feel, but once you get your cadence, they react well with you and the pavement. They are not made for walking, and have motivated me this last month to ramp it up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cushioned. So far no issues running on the sidewalk. I wish they had more primary colors I have the super bright yellow ones so at least at night I’m visible

Nice daily trainer, tongue could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Max 3 is a nice daily trainer. The 3 is much better than the 2. The only issue I’ve had is the tongue can cause some irritation when wearing zero profile socks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well we're in June and today I learned what lace bite is. So I was attempting a sub 4hr marathon in nyc last year when around mile 18 I felt the sharpest pain on both the very mid top of my foot. I was wearing the pynrs hyperion max 3. When I loosened the laces it was still and unmanageable pain. My marathon went from a 3:56 to a painful 4:34. Thats just to let you know how hurt I was from this shoe. I returned them days later. I have never returned a brooks shoe before. But since they came out with the Hyperion max 4 I figured I let anyone trying to buy this shoe on sale beware.

Comfortable, superb ride and cushioning, great foot-hugging feel and the highlighter green look is amazing. All-around great shoe. Highly recommend.

Beautiful shoe, just wrong for me
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe looks great but fits a bit snug in the toe box for my right foot (sigh). They are light, springy, the tongue design and laces work great together but unfortunately my three 5-mile runs have revealed that these are not the shoe for me since one foot feels great and the other doing the Morton’s neuroma thing

Foot pain
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
I've never had more pain in my foot than with this shoe. Im not sure why, but the left side of my foot is very uncomfortable after 30 minutes and a tingle stays over the toes for hours. It's just such a soft shoe and I have been a Hyperion fan from the original release which I still use sparingly as it's the best of the best. I'm hoping after more of a break in it will not do this, but it's uncomfortable for the first 5 runs.

FFFFFF FAST!!!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them for the extra speed they provide. I easily shave a minute off my mile pace compared to my Glycerin GTS with no elevated heart rate. The issue is that the last pair I ordered, the soles started wearing excessively before I even reached 80 miles. It seems these new super-shoes wear out much faster than traditional models. But boy are they FAST!!!

Needed Sneakers
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a vested runner who runs 10 miles a day. I have always had Hoka and On sneakers. I have just worn my first Brooks running sneakers. I can say moving forward, I will not be switching from the Brooks running sneaker. I get more support and comfort than I ever have before.

Really like them for my short distance or interval runs. Use my Glycerin Max’s for my long distance runs! Took about 2-3 runs to get used to them but really enjoy them now!!!

Amazing cushion and feel
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been a long time On shoes athlete. I tried a version of Glycerin, didn't like the fit around forefoot. But this Hyperion shoes is on another level of cushion and roll. This is a definite walking and running on cloud!

Brooks hit the mark with the Hyperion 3 Max!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best running shoe I’ve ever ran in. I loved the Hyperion Max 2, these are certainly a huge step up. I worn them for a half marathon, a 14 mile run, and some other base runs and got about 45 miles so far and they feel amazingly comfortable. I ordered 1 size up as I have always done with any Brooks running shoe for the past 7 years. These have Great Cushion, and my feet feel great after every run! I’ve set some PRs; it seems like every run turns into some person record. Buy these, thank me later!

Great shoe for medium to long runs!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hyperion Max 3 feels almost completely different than the Hype Max 2. The new mesh top side of the shoe feels like a glove/sock and is very stretchy. The shoelaces are there to sort of just keep that in place a little more than the way you normally use shoelaces to keep your shoe on. It feels like the shoe runs a little bigger than the previous ones as the length from heel to toe feels a litttle bit longer. I almost thought about returning and getting a size down, but would rather have a little long than to short. Once you get moving in the shoe, it is a very comfortable and springy shoe. The foot turnover feels easier than the Hype Max 2 and I have noticed it seems to be easier to run faster and longer with these. All and in, great upgrade from the Hype Max 2s.
