I’ve been wearing this style for years- they’ve been copied, unsuccessfully, but a Birkenstock is the real deal- manufactured well, they hold the foot well, the thong is comfortable as is the footbed. I do recommend and am so pleased that Marks & Spencer now stock them.

I have several pairs of Birkenstocks and I find them so comfortable .Pleased to see them at M&S , lost just one star as I’ve ordered the black Gizeh and they are not metallic as described they are matt.I am still happy with them as my black ones needed replacing after several years but just for information as not to be disappointed.

I have numerous pairs of Birkenstock Gizeh sandals. But not black ones. Always great comfort and quality. So glad I can get them from M&S. Thank you M&S another good partner company.

Was so excited to see M&S were selling Birkenstocks as I needed to replace my existing pair now the warmer weather is here. In my rush I forgot Birkenstock do a regular fit and a wide fit. When the order came it was the regular fit and I need a wide fit. There is no mention on the fit in the product information on the M&S app. Also with the product it is very difficult to tell it is metallic it just looks plain white. Unfortunately, I will need to return and order from my usual birkenstock supplier in europe. So partly my own fault or rushing.
