Ordered light buff colour and received navy. No attempt to substitute for a similar colour even though I repurchased in a light alternative. Returned, then told refunds are delayed. Can’t imagine the delivery fee will be refunded. Chinos themselves are well made and good material. Leg length options are strange, they sit in between the usual lengths. Short length around an inch too short (but longer than a normal short length) while regular (my usual length) are way too long. I sort of make them work but will look at other brands with a more consistent leg length next time.

trousers not great fit but the greater problem being the velvet type material attracts every bit of fluff imaginable so dark colours look very tatty.

The Chinos are very well made and excellent value, but my husband chose a black pair, and they are constantly covered in bits & fluff due to the knap/pile of the fabric

Bought a couple of pairs of these chinos last year. They were better quality than this years offering ie stretch elastic incorporated in the waist band for comfort. Still good value for money though

Bought two pairs for my husband as last ones are now a bit faded. Always like to buy M&S chinos for my husband as they are a very comfortable fit for him. Good value for the money as they have a bit of stretch in them which makes them comfortable to. He likes them so M&S it is.
