Description says pull on with elasticated waistband. There is no elasticated waistband and a side zip. Apart from that, they are just what I needed for a formal occasion, so I kept them.

Absolutely love these trousers. I bought them just because I liked them! They look and feel fabulous on and look great dressed up or down. They are quite generous, I usually wear a 14 but have the 12 in these. Can't say enough how much I love them!!

These trousers are beautiful. They hang well and are a really classy item . I bought to match a black blazer with satin lapels and they match wonderfully. However I have given 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons : 1. The zip at the side is incredibly stiff. I have issues with arthritis and it’s a real problem here. After zipping up and down for a bit it got a bit easier but really not ideal 2. They come up a bit big. There’s no elastic in the waistband and no hoops for a belt so the pair I have droop slightly. It didn’t matter under a jacket but it makes them a bit longer ( although not enough to go down a size) All that being said they are lovely and I do like them very much

I ordered these in regular and they were far too long, as is often the case with M&S these days 😣. I returned and got them in short and they are ok. I’m 5’5”. Not sure they’d withstand a heel but ok with trainers or flats. Nice fitting trousers, hang nicely and not too wide or tight

This trousers glide on and feel so nice on. They hang really well and are very flattering. I am a Uk 10/12 and I ordered the 12 that sit well on the hips. I also ordered the long to wear with heels . I am 5ft7” and the length is perfect.

I bought these trousers from M&S as I never have any problems However all that changed when I put these on for a night out 🥲 The problem is the zip It is at the side and TINY!! With a small button above the zip,you would have to be a contortionist to do this up on your own! Managed to get said zip up halfway then it got stuck and then I could not get it to move! On my night out had to wriggle them down so I Could go to the loo on my night out!! So very disappointed with my purchase for the first time with M&S 😡
