Very pleasant fragrance. Have placed the diffuser in the bedroom. Not sure about aiding sleep, but it has a noticeable presence.

The difference in the depth of my sleep since having this next to my bed is just astonishing. I not only sleep more deeply but also feel far more relaxed and rested before sleep and in the morning whilst having my tea. I advise any woman over 50 with disturb sleep from hormonal changes to buy one. Trust me it works.

Trying to find something to help me sleep easier at night. This product has a nice aroma but not strong enough to be very apparent in my bedroom. Not sure it is very helpful really.
