Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Very poor, worst flowers i have ever ordered from M&S, delivery driver just left on doorstep didnt even knock or ring bell, hence i had to ring the recipient and ask them to go to the door, completely ruined surprise! The flowers were shocking mostly in full bloom not in bud as described only lasted couple of days. This was nothing like the usual quality from M& S infact not good at all.

I was totally disappointed with them. I’ve bought many flowers from M&S but these were poor value and they didn’t last anymore than 4 days. I had two lots delivered one to my home for a family member and one Devon. The ones I had delivered for home I didn’t give to the family member as they weren’t nice enough.
