[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shirt in my usual size, XL. I was originally looking for a white chambray shirt to wear open over a tank top, but I couldn't find one in a price I was willing to pay. This looked like a good compromise. One thing to be aware of is that this shirt is made of a crisp fabric. The description calls it poplin. My first impulse is to call it crisp percale, much like a percale sheet. The shirt makes slight crackly noises when I move my arms. I don't mind this, but you might. If you read reviews of percale sheets, you'll realize that some people love percale for its ability to stand away from the body, allowing airflow. Other people dislike percale; they want soft. The description and the sewn-in label call the cut of the shirt relaxed; personally, I would call it oversized, which is fine for what I want it for. The sleeve seam has a drop of 2.5" from the shoulder on me, but might be less for you if you carry a lot of weight in the upper body. The measurement from bottom-of-armpit-to-armpit for the XL is 26". I had plenty of room for shrinkage, so I washed my shirt in hot water and machine dried it. Here are some before-and-after-washing-and-drying measurements: Sleeve, from seam to edge of cuff, 22" before and 21-1/2" after. (Keep in mind the shoulder drop.) Back length, from collar band to hem, 29-1/2" before, 28-3/4" after. So, there is slight shrinkage. I'm 5' 2" tall, so there's plenty of length for me. Other measurements for the XL: The front length is 1 inch shorter than the back. Shoulder-to-shoulder at sleeve seam, straight across the back, 23". Neck opening, 19". There was some wrinkling after laundering, especially the rolled hem at the bottom. It's cotton, after all. Best practice is to not stuff the dryer too full, and to remove the shirt right after the dryer stops.

Still has a looser fit even though I sized down so I would recommend if you’re not looking for an aggressive oversized fit. Was fairly easy to steam as opposed to iron to get rid of wrinkles.

The length of the shirt was also quite decently long, perfect to use both tucked in or outwards, very comfortable to wear. I’m wearing the size Small, and it ran pretty big on me (I’m usually a medium).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good shirt! Solid piece for a staple white button up. As someone who tries to shop for natural fibers, I appreciate that this shirt is 100% cotton. Material is thin enough to not overheat but still thick enough with good weight. It’s not comfy enough to lounge in, but it has good structure and makes you look very put together. Classic cut with clean stitching. Looks like a quality item. I’m 5’8 and typically a medium, but I got a small and it’s still a bit big in the shoulders. I’d suggest sizing down one size for an oversize fit or two sizes for a more fitted look.

It is really cute with a sweater vest or sweatshirt over it too. It is really well made and has a good weight to it. It’s a “boyfriend” fit so it’s going to be a little bigger as far as sizing goes. I will get a lot of use out of this!

i bought a small and it is huge. It also needs to be ironed. It is poplin or something. Disappointed but still has Levi quality. It is well made, just not what I was looking for and, unfortunately, a major setback of online shopping where you can’t try it on or feel it. Oh, well….

Normally for womens shirts I would size up but this I took true to size and I would have even said you could take 2 sizes down as I am wearing the extra small and still drowning. I will tie it up though and wear with jeans. I took off one star because it is extremely see through. This is a summer weight shirt and for the price I just expected a more opaque weight, but otherwise its as promised and classic.

I ordered the size small due to other buyers' feedback (usually I'm a medium or large!) and it fits perfectly! (I'm 5'3 and 155lbs.) I could wear it open with a shell, or, it's a perfect layering piece for a cardigan. I would suggest ironing or steaming the blouse after washing, as it is 100% cotton, and it is a little thin, so I feel layering is definitely the way to go.
