Love the texture, the buttercream was somewhat sweet but it is not overly sweet which my son (6yrs) appreciated, he detects sweet cakes and will not eat it if is too sugary, this rainbow cake not only looks beutiful it nailed the flavor... Would recomend to lower the sugar even more if is possible.
