Single Breasted Blazer

Delighted with this blazer, superb quality and the first item I have bought from M & S petite range and it fitted me perfectly.

Looks good, fits well. Comfortable to wear. It can be worn with a smart dress or dress, but will look good with jeans.

This could be a great blazer with a few tweaks - firstly, the fake breast pocket flap adds nothing at all to the style, if anything makes it look cheap, is simply a random distraction and pulls the one side out of shape. Secondly, this is a one button jacket, it fastens low down so when done up the lapels gape (on me anyway), for me it would be better with two buttons, one higher up which would make the lapels lie well. The only reason I even considered buying it was the price and for an everyday throw on jacket maybe I could overlook the niggles. In the meantime while I make up my mind I’m looking at others and may pay a bit more for a better one and return this one to Marks.

I love it. The blazer fits me like a dream. I like everything about it.

I am a HS size 16 and ordered sizes 16 & 18 as I am quite broad across the shoulders and to give comparison. Size 18 was too big and 16 a little snug but I’ve taken it and will wear a thin top with it. The quality of the blazer for the money is outstanding and well made and recommend it’s purchase.

I ordered both the regular and petite. Both were a good fit but the petite was a little bit shorter in thr body and arms which suited me better. Nice quality fabric and good value.

Lovely jacket and great value but sadly had to return as there were pocket flaps but no pockets, which was frustrating.

This navy blazer fits perfectly and looks very smart. The fabric is extremely good and it hangs beautifully and keeps it’s shape.

I’m glad M&S still offers tailored options. While this blazer in its regular size (10R) was out of proportions for someone like me, the size 10 Petite was perfectly fitting (arms’ length, shoulders and blazer’s length). The fabric also matches a variety of trousers so that I can create a suit with either wide leg or barrel trousers. Moreover, it’s an easy maintenance item that doesn’t need ironing. Good value for money like most M&S items.
