Fragrance Collection Eau de Parfum Discovery Set

I was interested in trying out the fragrance collection as quite often a scent changes after you’ve worn it & this is a very affordable way to do that. I was initially attracted to the vanilla ones but several others develop into something quite interesting over time & you can layer a couple of scents together as they compliment each other. Fun to experiment with!

I loved M&S’s Gardenia and Vanilla perfume so was extremely disappointed to find it’s no longer in stock. I thought I’d give this one a go though. It is a pleasant scent but very soft and the smell has mostly gone within a couple of hours. I therefore find it disappointing. Why oh why did they stop making the Gardenia and Vanilla scent!

There’s something incredibly liberating about being able to rotate scents depending on the weather, the hour, and the version of myself I’m inhabiting that day. M&S, please keep doing this. It’s modern, it’s practical, and it makes fragrance feel like a joy again — even in a heatwave. The presentation box is smart, minimal and elegant , so I purchased a few extra sets for US friends as parting gifts.

I was excited to find that M&S had released a new line of fragrances. I immediately purchased this discovery set and was not disappointed. It’s a great way of trying out the perfume range and there are quite a few wears in each little bottle. I went on to buy two full sized bottles and have another one … or maybe two … in my wish list.

I thought the fragrances smelt very similar and quite weak. I couldn’t really smell the scent after a couple of hours
