So Good AND so BAD!

I absolutely love these shoes—they are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Unfortunately, the soles are a major disappointment. After only a couple of months of limited wear, the soles have started to break down and literally crumble apart. Looking through other customer reviews, I can see that many people are experiencing the exact same issue. The material looks and feels like Styrofoam that is disintegrating, which is surprising given the price of these shoes. It's frustrating because the comfort and fit are outstanding, and I would gladly purchase additional pairs in other colors. However, I can't justify spending more money on a product with such poor durability. If the sole quality were improved, these would easily be a five-star shoe. The sole issue really needs to be addressed, as this is unacceptable.

Je suis très satisfaite du produit. Je marche plus de 10 000 pas par jour dans le cadre de.mon travail et ces souliers me permettent de ne ressentir aucune fatigue à la fin de la journée. Très confortable. Je recommande.

Very happy with this shoe. I’ve been buying the Triumph line for many years and each new style is better than the last! The Tr23 is very comfortable and cushioned. Like walking on clouds. Good heel grip and light as a feather. Nice colour too. I keep getting compliments about the colour.

I think these are the 8th pair of Triumph 23s I've bought now. As soon as I put them on, I realized that they're MY shoe. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've even worn.

Women’s Triumph 23 are not for me
Originally posted on Saucony

Not for me, they were shipped quickly and appear to be of good quality. I will return these Triumph 23 wide because the instep is too tight for me and the shoes throw me off balance, they squeek with every step indoors. It’s a shame they do not fit my feet well.

Terrible shoe

Absolutely hated these shoes. The previous version (22) worked great for me as daily trainers, I thought these would at least be pretty similar but they definitely aren't. They killed my feet/arches and made my posterior tibial tendonitis flare bad. Also they literally started falling apart after just 2 runs.

I love these shoes! This is my second year of purchasing two pair to get me through the spring/summer/fall. I walk on dirt trails and I work in a hospital fulltime, spending 95% of my time on my feet at work. These shoes look great and offer wonderful comfort - giving me support and stability to cover rough terrain and the ability to complete my shifts without having to worry about how bad my feet hurt.

Disappointed Triumph fan

DIsappointed in the Triumph 23. The new heel configuration dug into my skinny little heels. The shoes were so wide and the box, completely different. If I didn't know better I would have thought I'd just purchased a pair of HOKAs....the shoe and the box size. I have been wearing Saucony Triumphs exclusively for over 5 years....and a Saucony shoe wearer for over 20. I love the cushioning of the Triumphs which are ideal for my knees. Every Saucony I have ever put on has felt like "ahhhh" so nice. Never have ever had to break a pair in, they are comfortable and good to go. Not so with the 23. They were very uncomfortable due to the heel pinching at the back, and the clunky wideness of the base of the shoe, well, I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. They felt awkward and heavy. Anyway, I LOVE the colour I'd purchased, was sad in having been let down by my go-to brand. Tomorrow I am going to go try on some Asics Nimbus 27s....my sis says they are awesome. Perhaps when Saucony listens to the customer and doesn't try to fix what isn't broken or compete with a less than competitor (hey, I bought some HOKAs and felt the same about them, comfortable, too narrow a toe box and clunky), and brings back the design of the Triumph 20s or 21s, I'm in. Call me when that happens, will you?

Sole Deteriorating after Two Runs
Originally posted on Saucony

These felt great on my feet, no break in period required. However, I am very disappointed at the appearance of the shoe after only 2 runs! This happened on my other Triumphs as well, but not nearly so soon. Very disappointed with the latest version of the Triumph. They clearly won’t last and I think I may have to find another shoe. These are too expensive for this lack of quality.
