Meet David Gandy, model and founder of David Gandy Wellwear as he introduces his collection of everyday essentials to M&S. Designed to feel as good as it looks, he reveals that the main inspiration for the brand was keeping the essence of what made the previous David Gandy menswear range at M&S so popular.

“Wellwear was born from that same DNA, but with my own relentless commitment to pushing forward. We built on the foundation of what came before but refined the fit, elevated the quality, and introduced our well-being fabric treatments – Wellwear Breathe and Wellwear Care – turning a great T-shirt into the Ultimate Crew T-Shirt.”

After years of unsuccessfully searching for the perfect tee, David decided to make his own. Cue his hero piece, the Ultimate Crew T-shirt. His top summer must-try? “I love knitwear. But when you say knitwear, probably people think of autumn/winter, and I've always been a big advocate for wearing it in summer.
